Wedding Day Coordination

You have planned everything perfectly for your Wedding Day, now you can’t wait to thoroughly enjoy it! You want all of your family and friends to enjoy it with you too, without having to worry about timings, coordinating suppliers, decorating the venue or being a point of contact for guests.

We will meet with you at your venue a few weeks before your wedding to find out all about the plans you have put in place. We will then contact your suppliers to confirm all details and your wedding day schedule. When the morning of your wedding day arrives, you will have the peace of mind that we will be coordinating the suppliers and the design to ensure your wedding day is a success. We will also be there to discretely rectify any mishaps and have our emergency kit which contains many items to cover any unforeseen eventualities.

Styling and Design

From £650

You are happy to plan and coordinate your wedding, but would like to have a helping hand when it comes to bringing together a style and design concept for your wedding. You may have some ideas already but are unsure how to put them in to practice or you may need some help in identifying your ideas and how to make your wedding day personalised and stylish.

We will meet with you at your wedding venue and talk through any thoughts and ideas you have already with regards to colours, materials, flowers, style, decor, likes and dislikes. We will then compile an electronic inspiration board for you bringing together some ideas for your wedding day. We can also identify where items can be purchased or hired from for you. Should you wish to add to the service we can also source and coordinate suppliers connected to the styling and design such as stationery, decor and furniture hire and your floral designer. We will also be there to set up the design and decor on your wedding day.

Venue Search

From £500

You may not be sure where to start with finding the right venue for the style wedding you would like. Or you may not be from London, Surrey, Sussex or Kent and want to save yourself some time and travel.

After an initial consultation with you to find out details such as date, style, location and capacity, we will then search for venues that meet your requirements. We will provide you with a report containing 3 venues that are available and suit your requirements. The report will enclose photos, rooms and service specification, highlight any pros/ cons and costs. Accompanied visits to the venues will be arranged and once you have selected your wedding venue, we will assist in negotiating the contract and finalising the booking.

Supplier Sourcing

From £150

A wedding can require a couple to source as many as 12 different suppliers. If you have never sourced linen, décor hire items, musicians or transport before then you may be wondering where to start. With our wedding industry knowledge we can make this process easier for you with our Supplier Sourcing service.

After an initial consultation to find out which suppliers you require and what your priorities, requirements and budget expectations are, we will then search for the best 3 available suppliers to suit your brief, for a particular supplier category. We will provide you with a report which contains an overview of the supplier, the service levels, testimonials where appropriate and costs. We can then arrange meetings for you and if appropriate equip you with an overview of what to be aware of/ ask the supplier. Alternatively we can accompany you to the meetings. We can also assist with contract negotiations and finalising the booking.

RSVP and Guest Management

From £200

You have already identified your stationery supplier and your invitations have been printed, you now wish to relinquish the coordination of the RSVPs. We will send out your invitations based upon a comprehensive list of guests’ details provided by you. We will then monitor RSVPs and record attendees and requirements (such as dietary and transport if being provided). If there are any guests who have not responded, we will inform you and assist with following up if required. Once all responses have been received, we will provide you with a summary of guests and requirements which you can then use for your table plan and provide to the caterers.

Bride and Bridal Party Styling

£40 per hour

Would you like impartial advice and guidance on your attire and accessories? Would you like a mediator on a shopping trip, with your very individual bridesmaids, in order to manage and structure what could be a chaotic and unsuccessful shopping trip? We can provide support and advice in these situations and also attend shopping trips to provide a keen eye for detail and design to suit your wedding style, as well as taking into account individual requirements.

Wedding Website

From £200

Do you believe in having a paperless wedding and wish to send invitations by email and have on-line RSVP management? Or simply want a central, easily accessible source of information about your wedding for your guests and a facility to share photos with guests after your wedding? We can set up a bespoke wedding website for you with a personalised domain name. It can be a simple information hub or it can be a sophisticated invitation and RSVP management tool.
